Late fees are assessed monthly. 

$75 late fee for any payment made after a three day grace period will be applied. No Exceptions.


Deluxe Cabins and Cottages contain pots, pans, dishes, flatware, cups, glasses, utensils and grill.

Linens provided at an additional fee of $40.00 per stay

All reservations for rental units must be 25 years or older.
Deluxe Cabins & Cottages require a two night minimum rental and 3 night minimum rental on Holiday weekends.

Peak runs June 26, 2021 through September 8, 2021. 
Includes Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and Columbus Day.

Due to the large number of seasonal rentals, Waubeeka will not call, mail, or email reminders of payment.

  • All reservations require payment in full upon booking your reservation.

  • All holiday stays are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation.

  • All seasonal reservation payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Specials / Offers cannot be combined with membership discounts of Good Sams or any other discount programs.

  • Guest fee for all visitors is $10 per person.  Includes day or overnight.  Children age 5 and under are free.  

  • Cancellation prior to (30 days) in advance will be fully refunded minus $3.50 booking fee.

  • Cancellation between (29 - 7 days) in advance you can reschedule for another date.

  • Cancellation less than (7) days in advance will not be refunded.

  • Visitor Policy: Campers are responsible for their guests.  All guests five years of age and older must purchase a guest pass. Unregistered guests and their hosts will be asked to leave the park.

  • Children under 18 are the responsibility of their parents or guardian and need to return to their campsite at quiet time.

  • Quiet time is 11 :00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

  • Campfires must never be left unattended and trash burning is prohibited.  Campfires must always be contained within the designated fire ring. Safety first!

  • Vehicles must have a valid pass at all times in the campground. Please see the park office if you did not receive a pass at check-in. All drivers must have a valid state driver’s license.

  • Learning permits are not accepted. Open containers are not allowed in any vehicle. Driving any vehicle while intoxicated will result in eviction. Follow the instructions of all park team members and park signage.

  • The speed limit throughout the entire park is 5 mph. Please drive slowly and watch out for children and pets.

  • Amenities have specific sets of rules. Please refer to the signage at each location. 

  • Wi-Fi is available throughout the park free of charge. It is for answering e-mails and viewing pages on the internet. It is not designed for movie or music downloads. 

  • Trash should be put in dumpsters as indicated on the Site Map. Please keep your site clean and leave it as you found it.

  • Pets are the responsibility of their owner. Please be courteous and clean up after your pet. We are a pet friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash and may not disturb other guests. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or exotic pets.  NO retractable leashes

  • Please be courteous of other guests and use only roadways and access paths. Walking or biking through campsites is prohibited.

  • Washing your vehicle at your site is not permitted.   Please help us conserve water.

  • Strictly prohibited items or actions include: firearms, fireworks (including firecrackers), loud or disorderly conduct and foul language.

  • Motorcycles may only be driven from the park office/registration area to your site.


  • To extend your stay, notify the office prior to 10:00 a.m.

  • Proof of ID is required at check-in.

  • Check-in time: Guests must arrive 2p.m. to 7p.m. unless other arrangements have been made in advance with the park office.

  • Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. for all.

  • All campers, guests and visitors must register and pay at the office upon arrival.

  • Day guests must depart by 10:00 p.m., and overnight guests must depart by 11:00 a.m.

  • Depending on the next reservation to your site, you may have to move locations if there is a reservation for your current site.

  • Visitors must arrive by 7p.m.


  • Reservations are highly recommended.  Payment is required in full at the time of reservation.

  • One (1) camping unit per campsite.

  • Base Rate includes up to two (2) adults and four (4) children age 17 and younger on all campsites and six (6) persons in all rentals.

  • All reservations for rental units must be 25 years or older.

  • Names of all guests must be given at time of reservation.

  • Guest fee for all visitors is $10 per person.  Includes day or overnight.  Children age 5 and under are free.  

  • Additional vehicles are $3/day

  • Memorial Day, July 4th,  Labor Day, and Columbus Day weekends require a three (3) night minimum.
