Rates & Reservations

 Enjoy the Campground Season from May 1,  2020 through October 15, 2020.

*All sites are full hookup w/s/e (50/30/20) and include free   cable TV and free standard Internet.  Electricity usage is   separately metered and billed.

Please note Peak runs June 26, 2020 through September 8, 2020.  Includes Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and Columbus Day.

*Boy/Girl Scouts receive a discount of $10 per night per site.

Late Fees: Late fees's are assessed monthly.  $75 late fee for any payment made after a three day grace period will be applied. No Exceptions. 

Due to the large number of seasonal rentals, Waubeeka will not call, mail, or email reminders of payment.


  • Reservations are highly recommended.  Payment is required in full at the time of reservation.

  • One (1) camping unit per campsite.

  • Base Rate includes up to two (2) adults and four (4) children age 17 and younger on all campsites and six (6) persons in all rentals.

  • Names of all guests must be given at time of reservation.

  • Guest fee for all visitors is $10 per person.  Includes day or overnight.  Children age three and under are free.  

  • Additional vehicles are $3/day

  • Memorial Day, July 4th,  Labor Day, and Columbus Day weekends require a three (3) night minimum.

  • Discounts do not apply on holiday weekends.


  • Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. for campsites and 4:00 p.m. for rental cabins.

  • Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. for both campsites and rental cabins.

  • All campers, guests and visitors must register and pay at the office upon arrival.

  • To extend your stay, notify the office prior to 10:00 a.m.


General Policy

All holiday stays are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation.

All seasonal reservation payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Specials / Offers cannot be combined with membership discounts of Good Sams or any other discount programs.

Rentals Cancellation Policy

All reservations require payment in full upon booking your reservation. Cancellation prior to (30) in advance days will be fully refunded, Cancellation less than (30) days in advance will incur a $15 fee for processing. Cancellation less than (3) days in advance will not be refunded but will be credited toward another stay within the same calendar year.


  • Visitor Policy: Campers are responsible for their guests.  All guests four years of age and older must purchase a guest pass. Unregistered guests and their hosts will be asked to leave the park.


  • Children under 18 are the responsibility of their parents or guardian and need to return to their campsite at quiet time.


  • Quiet time  is 11 :00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.


  • Campfires must never be left unattended and trash burning is prohibited.  Campfires must always be contained within the designated fire ring. Safety first!


  • Vehicles must have a valid pass at all times in the campground. Please see the park office if you did not receive a pass at check-in. All drivers must have a valid state driver’s license.


  • Learning permits are not accepted. Open containers are not allowed in any vehicle. Driving any vehicle while intoxicated will result in eviction. Follow the instructions of all park team members and park signage.


  • The speed limit throughout the entire park is 5 mph. Please drive slowly and watch out for children and pets.

  • Amenities have specific sets of rules. Please refer to the signage at each location. 

  • Wi-Fi is available throughout the park free of charge. It is for answering e-mails and viewing pages on the internet. It is not designed for movie or music downloads. 


  • Trash should be put in dumpsters as indicated on the Site Map. Please keep your site clean and leave it as you found it.


  • Pets are the responsibility of their owner. Please be courteous and clean up after your pet. We are a pet friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash and may not disturb other guests. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or exotic pets.

  • Please be courteous of other guests and use only roadways and access paths. Walking or biking through campsites is prohibited.


  • Washing your vehicle at your site is not permitted.   Please help us conserve water.

  • Strictly prohibited items or actions include: firearms, fireworks (including firecrackers), loud or disorderly conduct and foul language.


  • Motorcycles may only be driven from the park office/registration area to your site.
